What a fantastic event, superb weather, great site, and a splendid display of Rover cars and bicycles across the ages.

My sincere congratulations to our Committee and the P6 owners club for organising such a splendid day, well done, in particular I cannot remember the last time I saw such a large turn out of pre 1950 cars in such superb condition, probably one of the early Belvoir Rally's ?? I hope some pictures might appear in due course!!

My first P2 was a 1946 Rover 10 purchased for £50 in 1966 from a Doctor in Croydon, which I collected and drove across London, through Marble Arch and Oxford Circus to Ilford, a 50 mile trip and she purred all the way and I was hooked on the car.

Since then I have owned a variety of interesting P2's and along the way a collection of spares have built up, so I thought I would take advantage of the rally to "de-clutter" by selling some of them on to other owners seeking parts for their restorations, and I had a very interesting time meeting various members and chatting with some old friends I had not seen for years, a great day and my thanks to those who bought or just chatted.

Regards to all

A great job done by the Committee 8-) the largest display of Rovers I have been to!

Never seen Mike looking so stressed something to do with all those Rovers coming through the gate maybe :?:

I echo the comments.

A fantastic job done by Mike Maher and the team.

Superb day out, even the weather complied as my burnt forehead confirms.

The standard of display cars seems to get better every year.

I, too, would like to add my congratulations to the organisers of the Jubilee Rally this year. Jane and I planned our visit to the UK so that we could include the occasion and neither had anything but praise for the whole event. Great cars, great weather, very nice venue and the Kings Court Hotel prices were very modest and excellent value, compared with some of the places we stayed during our trip.
We are now back in New Zealand again with many great memories and looking forward to the DVD when it arrives.

Jubilee Rally Award
The RSR received the Classic and Sports Car Award for Best Club Event 2013 at the awards ceremony at the NEC Motor Show, beating Morris, Lotus and Porsche.
Of course, we have actually managed to get the award twice now, once for our 50th and now for our 60th anniversary!

Congratulations to all the Committee, Organisers, Helpers, and the owners who attended from far and wide. A most memorable occasion. The award is so deserved.
