The RSR had a display space at The Pride of Longbridge 2015 at Cofton Park and I was hoping we could do the same again in 2016.

The club display event entry form is available at https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BxTR3E ... 9FMlE/view but don't know who within the RSR needs to deal with it.

Just received confirmation that our application has been received. Further information expected in about a month

Space allocated for the Rover Sports Register display at POL

We have been allocated space on Stand 3 and entry is via Gate 1. Stand 3 is a flat area, just past the playground on the left.

I will add a map as soon as possible.

At 0620 Saturday there has been no update from the organisers regarding POL in light of the weather and state of the ground. Facebook posts indicate rain or snow locally to Cofton Park but Rover owners appear to be setting off from allpoints of the compass. Its up to individuals as to whether or not to attend. Getting on and off the park if the surface is churned may be difficult.

URGENT message from the organisers at 06:40 Cofton Park is unsuitable for use today. POL IS CANCELLED
