The NEC Show
The club Stand.
I think this one is worthy of a caption competition!
I think 'Chairman in ASBO Shocker' is my fave.

Re: The NEC Show
That P6 really is rather "chintzy" to put it mildly. Nicely presented but well over the top for my tastes.

ASBO - No such luck, - Lots of visitors didn't know that Rover made Motorbikes.

I have to admit I am one of them, I was aware of them making push-bikes, SO i guess taking it to it's logical conclusion motorbikes are the next step.

Re: The NEC Show
I thoroughly enjoyed the show this last weekend, despite spending many hours travelling on the motorways, sometimes extremely slowly. It made all the hours spent preparing our Cyclops during the couple of weeks before seem completely worthwhile. I think the RSR stand showed a really good spread of Rover vehicles, with some very standard and others mildly modified. Really good to see Richard's pictures from the stand. As you can see from them the NADA P6 was beautifully presented, and seemed to attract quite a lot of interest. Clearly it is not to eveybodies taste but I personally thought it was great to see and is a credit to the commitment of its owner. Seeing the P5B Coupe on minilites was also interesting...again a deviation from standard but it also seemed to attact the interest. There was almost an overdose of Cyclops, as the P4 Guild had four on their stand as well, but it was good to see so many of them so close together.
I'm a little annoyed with myself as I failed miserably to get any decent pictures of the stand over the weekend, with only this one taken Thursday evening during set up being almost usable, but certainly not very good . If anyone has a decent picture of my Cyclops from the show I would be pleased to know.

Re: The NEC Show
Here are some of the pctures I took at the weekend, it includes some of the new banners, flags and printed screens the club bought which I think look good. One of the pictures is from across the hall showing how the flags can be seen.
Posted as thumbnails as the whole picture doesn't dispay because of the size.
Or a slide show

I have also added the slide show to the home page http://www.thersr.co.uk
