reolaced engine mounts rover p3 75.

i have replaced the engine mounts on my 1949 rover p3 75,i now find that the motor is higher by about .25 of an inch in comparison to the level of the crank handle to the crank dog on the front of the harmonic balancer. to compensate to level this up i have placed .25 of an inch spacer under where the radiator support sits.has any one had this sort of experience with the above or have i done something wrong.i purchased the mounts from meteor spares and they assure me they are the right one`s any advice would be appreciated .regards Derrick Smith

The radiator sat on shims to adjust the height so it is quite normal.
