Does anyone have a decent P3 16" wheel I could purchase ? At a push a 17" wheel and tyre would help out as a spare.

I've got a spare P3 / 16" rim fitted with a 560 / 600 - 6 ply tyre
tyre looks virtually new with no cracks etc.

Hello Chris,
The wheel is Superb, I took it to my local ATS, they fitted my radial tyre and tube, balanced it, and I am good to go.
I now have the crossply tyre to deal with. If you know of anyone who wants it tell them to get in touch.
