16" tyre

I recently bought a 16" wheel and tyre for my P3 . The wheel is good for me but the tyre is a 575/600x16.( I am on radials)
It is a good tyre, old but unused (no cracks, no perishing ) Call me on 07415239471 or 01476 563614.

I'm looking for a new set of tyres for my P3.
Cross ply tyres are hard to find, mabe easier in the UK than on the continent (I live in Belgium).
I see you are on radials : what size and what is your experience?

Hello Nicholas,
I have been using radials for some time now. In England I use "Taxi Radials " They can be either 185/75 R 16 or 175 R 16.
The two sizes are interchangeable. My car has passed several MoT tests with no problems. The only (slight ) problem is that the spare wheel is a tight fit in the boot lid
but apart from that - all is well , but you will still need the tubes.

I should have said, I have been using radials for 10 years now, and have never had any trouble.
185/75 R 16 or 175 R 16 are the tyres used on London taxis, they are also used on Ford transit
twin wheel vans so you will have no trouble getting them. A good make is Tigar Cargospeed.
