I've been asked by a new / prospective member without computer facilities for front wings for a 1939-47 10 hp. He is taking on his father's car for restoration and finds that the front wings were removed years ago for repair and subsequently lost. Any wings are better than none - can anyone help? (It is possible that P£ wings are suitable, but not those from 12/14/16 models)

An amendment to my post- I think P3 wings, (not P£) might be suitable for the 10hp, does anyone know?

Part numbers differ, however I agree without the swage around the wheelarch, they look similar, How P3 wings would attach to the car/ Rad shell without modification I can't say

P3 front wings are different from P2 front wings, because the front springs are different. Since P2 have leaf springs they need dumb iron covers, so that there is a "cut" in the wing for them. P3 front springs are spiral, with no dumb iron, and hence no dumb iron cover.

1935 front wings are different from 1939 - 1947 wings. See photo

I later found a pair of 10hp front wings on ebay, advised the chap who wanted them but was told the car had been sold. Don't know the final outcome.
