Hi,

Need to change the gearbox oil on my 1953 P4 75 (2103cc column change) and am surprised to read in the workshop manual that it wants an SAE 20 oil.

It seems a bit thin to me but the handbook that I have makes no reference to the type of oil to use.

Any thoughts please.

Penrite Gearbox Oil 30 was what I was recommended to use and never had any problems with it
