1920s 4-cylinder engines for sale

Recently spotted in VSCC newsletter - 2 x Rover 20s engines (4cyl), one with gearbox, torque tube and rear axle. I have talked to the seller, he knows little about the engines, one has a steel rocker cover ,the other is aluminium. They are not 14/45 or 16/50 engines so probably 9hp or 10hp, although he thought they might be 12hp, about 1500cc. He bought them as part of a job lot in Orkney some years ago.
