Timing (dwell angle) on p3 75.

Has any one, when timing the above vehicle used a dwell setting if so what was the setting used as i am getting a bit technical with my old mavis trying to get the best performance out of her.regards Derrick.Smith

Hi Derrick,
I have 3 distributors listed in Lucas records for P3 75,
1948 75 DVXH6A 40105A/B or 40105D.
1949 75 DMBZ6A 40565A.
Is Mavis one of these ?

Jeff sorry for the delay mavis is a 49 75 and has a 41055A distributor thanks regards Derrick.
