Rover 16 coming at auction

I have just seen on Brightwells website a 1939 Rover 16, no reserve, looks like a bit of a project.

Very tempting but pie in the sky.
Also in this auction I saw a Cyclops and 2 P5B's not to mention several Landy's
Could be one to watch
